Dave Bowman and Carl Scheeler installed new siding on the flight pen that collapsed under the snow this past winter. It needs a little more work on the north end to become functional again.

Samantha, Tina and Winnie, with help from my niece Tricia, have been keeping the clinic running smoothly during this extra busy time. Below, Tricia and Tina are preparing to move a Great Horned Owl outside. Admissions are up 43% compared to this time last year: 381 to 546.
Five Vaux’s Swifts
It wasn’t all baby raptors last week. These five baby Swifts fell from their nest in Walla Walla.
And a slightly downy Say’s Phoebe who couldn’t be reunited with its family. It will join three other Phoebes already at BMW.
