The Week in Review
There were just three new admissions this past week: two Bald Eagles and a House Finch. The eagles both had multiple fractures and could not be saved. The finch flew into a window, but seems to be making a good recovery. The week ended on a bright note with a visit by local home school students and parents.

Home Schoolers Visit
Energetic future ornithologists visited BMW on Friday. We divided the students into two groups. Samantha and Winnie supervised owl pellet dissection with half the students, while the other half met the education birds. Then we switched groups and repeated.
